Shipping policy

Holdout Supply ("we", "us") ships the Holdout 72 Grab-and-Go Kit from a warehouse in the United States.
Where we ship
- All 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC
- Alaska and Hawaii
- Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
We don't currently ship to the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau or outside the US. P.O. boxes and military addresses can only be served by USPS, so delivery there may take a little longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, no matter how many kits you order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Shipping: after your order ships, delivery takes 3–5 business days in the contiguous US, and 3–7 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak seasons can add time.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you haven't received it within 4 business days of ordering, please reach out through our contact form.
Address problems
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away through our contact form; we can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date through our contact form with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll work with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
