Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Returns

You can return an unused kit within 14 days of delivery.

• The kit must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
• Contact us through our contact form with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Once we receive and check the kit, we refund the product price. The original $9.99 shipping charge is not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Safety

For safety reasons, we can't accept returns of first aid items that have been opened or used.
